D&H eGift Cards | Full Terms and Conditions (Nov 2021)

• Our eGift Cards can only be redeemed online at www.dukeandhustle.com


• Supplied instantly via email as a link to a unique code for online use.


• Valid across the entire Duke & Hustle product range.


• There is no limitation on the number of transactions an eGift Card can be used for.


• eGift Cards are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable.


• Cannot be used to purchase another gift card.


• Multiple eGift Cards may be applied to a single order.


• Applied to final order total including taxes and delivery costs.


• If your total order amount exceeds the eGift Card value, the remaining balance will need to be paid using a credit card or PayPal account.


• eGift Cards are valid for 3 years from date of purchase. Unused balance will be voided after 3 years from date of purchase.


• eGift Cards may be partially spent, balance remains on the card for your next purchase, no change will be given.


• eGift Cards cannot be topped up or reloaded with value.


• Please treat eGift Cards like cash. They cannot be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen.


• You may access your eGift Card at any time via the link on your original Order Confirmation email, or eGift Card delivery email. Please keep these emails safe and handy.


• To find out the balance on your eGift Card please email us and we will aim to be in touch within 24 hours.


• Your purchase or use of an eGift Card constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.
