Please be aware, as our products are made-on-demand specifically to your order, we are unable to refund or exchange for incorrect size choice or change of mind. We encourage you to carefully check your size selection against our Size Guides before you place your order. We appreciate your understanding and support for the slow fashion approach.

To avoid size choice hiccups please check your size selection against the Size Guides unique to each product style.

We will refund or replace 100% on faulty goods, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your delivery.

We offer free standard delivery Australia-wide for orders of AUD$150 and over. Not a brass razoo extra to fork out on your end. Otherwise, it’s a flat domestic delivery rate of AUD$10 for an order under $150.

We ship to most other countries at a flat rate of AUD$28.50 up to 500g (heavier hoodies and sweaters will be subject to weight). International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

International orders may be subject to additional taxes and import fees, and it is the recipient’s responsibility to pay these fees. Duke and Hustle has no control and is not responsible for any taxes or duties applied to your order. For more information we recommend you contact your local customs office.

We accept MasterCard, American Express, and Visa, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your account will be charged once the order is completed.

With our Fast Checkout, you also have the option to securely save your credit card details for your next visit.

Ahh nuts – sometimes mistakes happen – we’re sorry about that. Please email coast@dukeandhustle.com and we will make it right as swiftly as possible.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at orders@dukeandhustle.com. Once our printhouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Not at all! Just checkout as a Guest and move on with your life! But there are benefits! You may qualify for VIP special offers, view your Order History, and safely store delivery and payment details for faster checkouts.

Your goods will be dispatched from our printhouse within 3-8 business days after placement of your order. As part of the slow fashion movement, we only create your order once payment is finalised – ’cos we believe in classics forever, not fads for landfill!

For printed tees and apparel:

• Machine wash cold inside-out with like colours
• Hang dry in shade
• Do not dry clean, tumble dry, bleach, or use fabric softeners
• Do not iron print or vinyl

For caps:

• Hand wash only in cold water

Ahh yes, nothing to worry about! Part of the production process for our apparel is a pre-treatment, and/or a heat treatment to press the print onto the cotton. Sometimes you may see the treatment area or heat impression left behind – this just washes out though.

We have no warehouses of mass-produced product, and no over produced flash-in-the-pan fashion trends. We use the best quality blank shirts, we produce only the specific shirt and timeless design you order, and only once it is ordered, by you. Our chain of production is also WRAP-certified, ensuring fair working conditions and wages for all. We’re all about unique, ethically produced goods.
