You acknowledge and agree that (1) the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of this agreement for purchase is New South Wales, Australia; (2) all intellectual property and designs associated with our brand and our products is owned by us; (3) you will be liable for any additional taxes or tariffs imposed by any jurisdiction other than Australia in respect of your purchase; and (4) you hold us harmless for any loss suffered in relation to your purchase (including any additional taxes or tariffs); and (5) you indemnify us for any breach by you of these acknowledgements.
